Alex Nash

Alex is a Bath based artist who specialises in screen prints capturing the colour and movement of the landscape. Having studied art as part of her Teacher Training, her later qualification and experience as a horticulturalist and garden designer have strongly influenced her work.

Alex spent two years on an Advanced Visual Studies Course followed by three years studying fine art at Wiltshire College. Over the past few years she has been attending a Printmaking Workshop in Trowbridge.

She held her first solo exhibition in Corsham in 2007. Alex has exhibited at Fisherton Mill in Salisbury, the Westbury Music and Arts Festival, the Bath Society of Artists annual exhibition 2011 and for three years exhibited at the Time and Space Gallery in Combe Down Bath. She is now a member of the Time and Space Artists co-operative. She has also been exhibiting at the Widcombe Art trail since it began in 2007.
